Automator provides tools for building and managing automated workflows and AI-assisted tasks.
We may update, improve, or modify features at any time without prior notice.

While we strive for 100% uptime, occasional interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or third-party service issues.
We are not liable for data loss, delays, or interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

You may upload or connect data, text, or files (“User Content”) as part of using Automator.
You retain all rights to your User Content.
By using the Platform, you grant Automator a limited, non-exclusive license to process and store that content solely to operate and improve the service.

We do not claim ownership of your data and do not use it for marketing or AI model training.

Paid plans may require a valid payment method.
By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing based on your selected plan and billing cycle.

All fees are displayed in your account dashboard.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date.
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

You agree not to:

• Use Automator for illegal, harmful, or misleading purposes.

• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform’s functionality or security.

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of Automator.

• Use Automator to send spam or unauthorized messages.

Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

All content, branding, logos, code, and documentation within Automator are the property of Automator and protected under copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of Automator’s platform or design without prior written permission.

Automator is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Automator and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform.

We may suspend or terminate your access to Automator if you:

• Violate these Terms.

• Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity.

• Fail to make required payments (for paid plans).

Upon termination, your access to workflows, data, and integrations may be restricted or removed.

We may update or modify these Terms at any time.
When changes are made, we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and notify you when appropriate.
Continued use of Automator after changes indicates acceptance of the new Terms.
