Automator now analyzes workflow performance patterns to help you streamline and improve automation design.
It looks for redundant steps, overly complex conditions, or missed optimization opportunities — and offers recommendations in real time.

Examples of suggestions you might see:

• “This action duplicates a step already covered by Workflow A.”

• “Merging these two triggers can reduce latency by 30%.”

• “This condition hasn’t triggered in 14 days — consider removing it.”

You’re always in control — review and apply changes manually, or enable Auto-Optimize for background adjustments.

New Recommendation Sidebar

To make these insights actionable, a new sidebar panel appears in your editor when optimizations are available.

• Displays AI-powered recommendations ranked by impact score.

• Includes explanations for why the change is suggested.

• One-click “Apply Fix” for simple updates.

For Developers

A new optional API route has been added:

GET /api/optimizations?workflow_id=123

Returns a structured list of AI suggestions and their confidence levels.

Developers can also subscribe to the new onOptimizationFound() event to trigger custom alerts or automations whenever new recommendations appear.
